"I am famished!" The energetic Jounin proclaimed. She hadn't done much during the day to work up an appetite she had to admit but an appetite had certainly worked her up. A rumbling stomach was one of the few things the Fujimura couldn't ignore try as she might. Strapping on her gauntlets, though in their normal size and not their hero proportions, Mika made way to the food district.
The walk through the clan districts was uneventful, a few waves and hellos but nothing too interesting. Surely nothing as interesting as the smells that crashed into her as she grew closer and closer to the most appealing part of the village. "Why didn't I choose to just live here?" Truthfully she figured she could make it work. Get a job in one of the shops and sleep in the office or one of the supply closets. She was small, she didn't need much space. With delusions of living on a pile of meat bounding in her mind, she made her way to the soba shop.
Soba was pretty great, she had to admit, even if she wasn't the best at using chopsticks. Her gauntlets made it a little awkward and by golly she wasn't taking them off for something as small as eating. Upon entering the shop she called out in familiarity to the chef, "One pork belly, extra soba please!"
