Name: Ninja Art: Phantom Chain Strike
Rank: D
Cost: 5 per post
Range: 25m
Type: Genjutsu
Sub-type: Supplementary
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: N/A
Lore/Flavor: Zenitsu is weird. Some might even say kinky.
Description: Zenitsu developed this technique as a subset to his fighting style, when he wants to make his enemies second guess their movements. He forms a long chain in his hand (the image of which can be as he sees fit, whether it's his physical chain or the chakra chains he produces from his tool creation restricted). This chain is a phantasm he creates and cannot actually damage his targets. It's merely an image he creates and manipulates in order to make his opponents dodge/react to the phantom chain (and ideally he can then strike them with the real chain).
Drawbacks: If someone gets hit by it then they'll realize it is an illusion. Dojutsu like the Sharingan that can see chakra will realize it's a genjutsu chain and not be affected by it. The success of this technique in thwarting his opponents depends on his skill with the real chain as much as it does the genjutsu. If an opponent is superior enough to him in speed and/or skill then this technique will be rendered useless as they can simply avoid both. The technique is more psychologically driven into making his opponents guess which chain is real.

Name: Ninja Art: Phantom Chain Binding
Rank: B
Cost: 20
Range: 25m
Type: Genjutsu
Sub-type: Supplementary
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: N/A
Lore/Flavor: Zenitsu is weird. Some might even say kinky.
Description: Zenitsu developed this technique as a subset to his fighting style, when he wants to make his enemies lose their will to escape. Upon staring at his chain as it dangles in his hand, they will feel the chain rise up from the ground underneath them and wrap around them like a snake wraps it's body around its prey.
Drawbacks: There's a delay between the genjutsu and its activation. The binding/chain wrap effect will not take effect until the user's next turn, unless the target figures out it's a genjutsu and launches the genjutsu kai technique/acts all emo and self-harms to get out of it. Genjutsu is difficult to manipulate while in the middle of intensive physical strain, so he cannot use this technique while using any bukijutsu techniques or ninjutsu/genjutsu above C rank.

Name: Ninja Flame Art: Reaper Chain
Rank: C-B
Cost: 10 per post for C Version, 20 Per Post for B Version
Range: Length of Chain
Type: Bukijutsu, Ninjutsu, Chakra Flow
Sub-type: Supplementary
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: N/A
Lore/Flavor: Zenitsu is weird. Some might even say kinky.
Description: Zenitsu developed this technique as a subset to his fighting style, when he wants to enhance his chains. He envelops his chains in a bright red chakra flow, enhancing them with flame chakra to make them burn at the touch. This adds 10 Damage to Durability if using the C rank version for a strike, and 20 Damage to Durability if using the B rank version for a strike. His chakra control prevents the chain from burning him, as the chakra flow shoots upward from his hand not around it.
Drawbacks: Can only proc this damage once per post, and it is an expensive technique to maintain so it's best to use only when you think you have a shot at taking down your opponent. Chain has to make contact for the damage to proc.

Name: Ghost Whip Style
Rank: B
Cost: B per post
Range: Length of Chain
Type: Bukijutsu, Ninjutsu, Chakra Flow
Sub-type: Supplementary
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: N/A
Lore/Flavor: Zenitsu is weird. Some might even say kinky.
Description: This is the core of Zenitsu's fighting style. Given his history of being chained up and imprisoned since birth he has reinvented the use of his chains from shackles into the weapons that will lead him to victory. He wields a chain in his hand that he can use much like a whip to bash his opponents from a distance. The angular movement of the chains and their reach makes them an odd weapon to fight against for those using something like a sword. Zenitsu must utilize both impressive strength and coordination in order to wield the chains effectively, maneuvering them to bash or constrict his foes.

Grants +1 Tier to Coordination, +2 Advantages to Strength
Drawbacks: Wielding a chain as a weapon requires a bit more muscle fatigue than something like a sword due to the fact that you have to manipulate something with less-even weight distribution. So it's pretty cost intensive, especially for Zenitsu.

Name: Ghost Whip: Reaper's Grasp
Rank: A
Cost: 30
Range: Range of Chain
Type: Bukijutsu
Sub-type: Offensive, Debuff
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: N/A
Lore/Flavor: Utilizing centrifugal force and carefully planned throw of the chain, a user can skillfully maneuver their chain around an appendage or weapon or some kind to bind it with their weapon. It takes great strength and coordination to pull off.
Description: By throwing the end of their chain with a curving angle they can wrap their chain around something and yank it towards them. Whether it's someone's leg, someone's sword, etc. The possibilities are endless. The user gains a +4 Advantages to Strength and a +3 to Coordination for the purposes of ensnaring and pulling a target toward them.
Drawbacks: Target must be within range of the technique to be targeted by it. If a target has greater speed or strength then they can either evade the attempt negating the technique or worse overpower the user turning their attack against them.

Name: Ghost Whip: Devil's Judgment
Rank: A
Cost: 30
Range: Length of Chain
Type: Bukijutsu
Sub-type: Offensive
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: N/A
Lore/Flavor: Users of the Ghost Whip style utilize striking blows with their chains, not just constrictive ones. A well-used chain can bash a person with great force in the hands of a master. Due to their range, speed, and unorthodox physics- chains are a difficult weapon for most martial artists to defend against with traditional weapons.
Description: The user lashes out at a target with a horizontal swiping of their chain, causing it to lash out at an angle aiming for either the lower body or the core. They then lash again at a higher angle hoping to smack the chain against the side of a person's head. Due to the nature of the weapon being different from most traditional weaponry: the chain attacks offer a -3 advantages to Coordination to their opponent for the purposes of countering the chains, while the user's coordination is boosted by 4 advantages.
Drawbacks: This debuff only lasts for the very specific instance of these two attacks which occur in a single post. Those immune to debuffs by some means have nothing to fear. Precognition saves will allow someone to negate this attack even if there's a huge coordination differential as a result of this technique. Someone can still choose to dodge the chains with superior reflexes/speed. Must be within range of the chains of this technique for it to be activated. Targets one specific individual so if fighting two opponents the user is at a disadvantage, as the person not targeted by this technique will not be affected by the debuff therefore more easily able to counter the attack for their ally.

Name: Ghost Whip: Phasing Reaper
Rank: B
Cost: 20
Range: Length of Chain
Type: Bukijutsu
Sub-type: Defensive
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: N/A
Lore/Flavor: Utilizing the user's chains they can deflect an incoming attack, whether it's a batch of shuriken or an arrow. With careful maneuvering of the metal chain they can strike with it with careful timing and knock the projectile away.
Description: The user gains a +5 Advantages to Coordination for the purposes of parrying/deflecting an incoming projectile/ninja tool.
Drawbacks: Cannot control exactly where the projectile ends up, only moving it away from the user. Should the user's coordination be equal or greater than the opponent's when they launched the projectile, they can also ensure the deflected projectile does NOT hit any of the user's allies on the field. If their coordination is greater then they cannot ensure this and allies will have to dodge or counter on their own.

Name: Genjutsu: Judgment of the Death God
Rank: B
Cost: 20
Range: 25m
Type: Genjutsu
Sub-type: Supplementary
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: N/A
Lore/Flavor: Having been trained in Genjutsu arts, albeit not an expert yet at it, Zenitsu is well-versed in utilizing counter-genjutsu on his opponents.
Description: The user utilizes this genjutsu when they realize that they themselves are inside of one. By taking advantage of the link between their chakra network and the casters, they can reverse genjutsu the caster by flooding chakra back through the direct line by which they are under the spell in the first place. In this version, Zenitsu's skin and muscle will melt off revealing only bone (the skull of which will be engulfed in flames). If the caster does not cancel the genjutsu by the time of the user's next post, then they themselves will feel themselves light on fire in precisely the same manner which will leave them petrified and stunned with immense pain.
Drawbacks: This genjutsu can only be activated when the user himself is caught in someone else's illusion. It can only be used to counter a Genjutsu of B rank or lower. Standard Genjutsu rules apply for countering the counter, meaning they can utilize Genjutsu Kai, sufficient pain, or a counter-genjutsu technique of their own. As this is a visual genjutsu, it does not work against those who are naturally immune to such things like the Sharingan. If this technique is used on a genjutsu that targets multiple people it will NOT help those other targets get out of it.

Name: Demonic Illusion: Reaping
Rank: B
Cost: 20
Range: 50m
Type: Genjutsu
Sub-type: Supplementary
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: Unique Handseal
Lore/Flavor: Fear is a powerful tool against the weak.
Description: By grabbing one's forearm while extending an open palm forward, the user's unique hand seal is the visual trigger to activate this illusion. It's a fake-out meant to signify some kind of unique ninjutsu, whilst actually triggering a genjutsu. Should the target be caught unawares and not respond by the user's next post, the user will appear in front of them as if they have teleported and place their hand on the target's chest. From their they will feel a stabbing sensation as the user pulls out a green ray of energy from their bodies, as if reaping their very soul. This will stun them in the real world and leave them defenseless.
Drawbacks: Standard Genjutsu rules apply for getting out of it. It is a visual genjutsu so it is not applicable to those with Dojutsu that counter visual genjutsu.

Flexible weapons are used in a wide variety of martial styles. I'm not convinced that this would be so foreign that the user's opponent will be tripping over themselves in response. I could see switching the debuff to tracking or precog. If you want to keep the coordination debuff, one idea that I would approve would be to make it a requirement to have active chakra flow on the chains, and include mention that the user manipulates the chains via chakra to counteract their opponents responses. Still a bit iffy, but I'd go for it.

Well it’s more representative of the fact it’s difficult to parry flexible weapons compared to more straightforward ones. If the rebuff seems too strong I’d be okay with reducing it in exchange for a minor boost to something like reflexes.

I'm unsure if Genjutsu function as a connected line between target and caster. Other than precedent, it seems fine. Could you change the wording away from a guaranteed stun? I'm assuming it bypasses the need for Kai, which is already a great benefit when it can affect matching rank Gen. The additional effects shouldn't be too powerful.

Same as above. The guaranteed stun is too strong for the rank. It just leads to instant kills too easily.

Name: Genjutsu: Judgment of the Death God
Rank: B
Cost: 20
Range: 25m
Type: Genjutsu
Sub-type: Supplementary
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: N/A
Lore/Flavor: Having been trained in Genjutsu arts, albeit not an expert yet at it, Zenitsu is well-versed in utilizing counter-genjutsu on his opponents.
Description: The user utilizes this genjutsu when they realize that they themselves are inside of one, as a way of saying "no u". In this version, Zenitsu's skin and muscle will melt off revealing only bone (the skull of which will be engulfed in flames) before turning to ash that falls to the ground.
It can only be used to counter a Genjutsu of C rank or lower. Standard Genjutsu rules apply for countering the counter, meaning they can utilize Genjutsu Kai, sufficient pain, or a counter-genjutsu technique of their own. As this is a visual genjutsu, it does not work against those who are naturally immune to such things, one example being the Sharingan. If this technique is used on a genjutsu that targets multiple people it will NOT help those other targets get out of it.

Edited it so it can only work on genjutsu that are lower than it. Also tried to make the trigger more stand-out to enhance the clue that it is a genjutsu.

Name: Demonic Illusion: Reaping
Rank: B
Cost: 20
Range: 50m
Type: Genjutsu
Sub-type: Supplementary
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Notation: Secret Technique
Handsigns: Unique Handseal
Lore/Flavor: Fear is a powerful tool against the weak.
Description: By grabbing one's forearm while extending an open palm forward, the user's unique hand seal is the visual trigger to activate this illusion. They shall then be covered in a luminous green aura visible to the target. All of this is a fake-out meant to signify some kind of unique ninjutsu, whilst actually triggering a genjutsu.
Drawbacks: Standard Genjutsu rules apply for getting out of it (Genjutsu Kai, Durability Sacrifice). It is a visual genjutsu so it is not applicable to those with Dojutsu that counter visual genjutsu. The user is stationary while this genjutsu is being cast.
Same as above. The guaranteed stun is too strong for the rank. It just leads to instant kills too easily.
I added a more showy trigger to better emphasize the illusion before the illusion so to speak. Hopefully this seems less auto-hitty now. My goal here is really just to make fun illusions rather then to try and bully people with genjutsu lol.
