Description: The handsign is formed while an aoe of chakra designates a single target in l.o.s. The target's movement (for the next 2 opponent posts) creates a translucent white "trail" made out of chakra. When Etsu moves through this trail, the speed-aspect of her Agility stat is increased by 1 tier (cannot exceed Godlike, only effects speed). The trail lasts for 3 posts after being cast, though it only records 2 posts of movement. is considered movement for a specific purpose.
Drawbacks: Does not assist with tracking a target. Trail is made of visible chakra and can be seen and cut/destroyed as visible chakra can. Projectiles do not benefit-- only Etsu's person does. Etsu is restricted in benefitting from this jutsu by moving in a limited, predictable space. Default Diminishing Returns rules apply depending on the rank used.

Description: As the handsign is cast, a 10 meter cone is targeted in front of Etsu. A light redish translucent cone of chakra is formed in front of her position, while simultaneously propelling her backward with a gentle but potent force. The cone is present for a single round and lowers one's Agility by 1 tier while within the cone, unable to lower beyond Poor. This jutsu works to slow physical, non-chakra projectiles as well.
Drawbacks: Only the speed aspect of one's Agility is affected. Does not inhibit speed that goes the opposite direction of Etsu and the cone. Cone is visible chakra and can be cut/destroyed as such. Default Diminishing Returns rules apply depending on the rank used.

Accordance needs some way to hit the target, kind of like a harmless projectile, instead of being an automatic connection of the jutsu. The tier boost given needs diminishing returns, you can look at the Stat Boosting Guidelines for an example of this.

Disengage also needs diminishing returns, but is otherwise fine.

Provided you understand that Disengage's Agility penalty is also subject to diminishing returns, then I see no further problems.

Description: Etsu targets a single projectile after an aoe projection of chakra, whether physical or chakra based. The momentum of the projectile is reversed, sending it backwards from its current path at a reduced speed. Because this jutsu works with the momentum of an attack and not the power of the attack, all jutsu except the most potent are affected.
Drawbacks: Only has a 5 meter window to identify, track, target, and cast jutsu to counter. Does not work on S-Ranked techniques, Might-enhanced attacks, or attacks that come too quickly or too stealthily to be tracked/identified. Etsu does not control the direction things are reversed; the reversal is based on the projectile’s opposite path at the time of casting. Concerning chakra-economy, it’s most often a better deal to just dodge attacks; while it only takes a B-Rank to reverse an A-Rank jutsu, it also requires a B-Rank to reverse E-B ranks as well.

Drawbacks: Above Masterful Strength or *any* MWF use can break the entrapment early.

Description: Forming the handsign rewinds Etsu’s movement 10 seconds. This effect ignores gravity (she can Tracer Recall from falling off a cliff), but does not ignore changes in time/environment (if there’s a spike trap where she used to be 10 seconds ago, that is way bad). She is reversed at the same speed she moved in these 10 seconds, though she may choose to end the effect at any point she deems fit.
Drawbacks: Like most Moment Shift techniques, this makes Etsu’s path potentially very predictable to opponents. Only Etsu’s person is recalled: not thrown weapons or chakra or health or anything crazy like that.

Description: Forming the handsign in the air looks into the past of Etsu's motions. It finds the motion of her recent jump, and replicates the momentum gained from it. This allows an airborn Etsu's body to jolt and jump up to 5 additional times in the air, regardless of current momentum/position/gravity/matter. related best to "double jumping" in video games.
Drawbacks: Cannot be used unless Etsu has voluntarily jumped into the air, not by falling or being thrown or anything like that

Description: Etsu holds a set of weapons in her grasp (best suited for small weapons). She crosses her arms and extends them outwards, letting the weapons go. The weapons extend outward in various distances within 10 meters and hang in the air. The weapons move around Etsu within 10 meters in accordance to how Etsu moves; if she spins, they spin, and if she waves her arm, they move in that direction within the 10 meters. Etsu may choose to end this effect on any weapon she chooses, and, if the weapon is moving, it will be tossed in the expected direction with the expected momentum.
Drawbacks: C-Rank upkeep. When a weapon leaves the 10 meters, it cannot be manipulated by Blade Dance again unless picked back up and re-cast again. Only the set of weapons in her grasp upon casting are manipulated. Weapons within the 10 meters follow the flow of Etsu's movements, but do not form precise shapes or intricate movements.

Handsigns: Ram -> Rat -> Ox -> Horse
Lore/Flavor: Etsu's original style of jutsu, based on her preference of mobility and control
Description: After the handsigns, a white transluscent runway with a ramp on the end spanning 30 meters long forms in front of Etsu. Etsu runs down the runway and leaps off the ramp. This enhances her momentum and blasts her up to 100 meters high and 100 meters far, depending on the angle of the ramp she forms. Because of the momentum being artificial, she is able to be propelled this distance and fall without fall-damage, so long as nothing interrupts her ascent and descent.
Drawbacks: 30 meter runway must not be obstructed by anything. Etsu is largely at the mercy of the air and those who airshot while using this technique.

Description: Forming the handsigns reverses all movement of all things (including the user) within the radius for 5 seconds. This does not move them back in time-- merely to where their positions were 5 seconds ago (it takes 5 seconds for everything to move back in position where they were five seconds ago, meaning that everything moves at the speed they were moving in, just in reverse). Things that enter the radius for the duration of Reversal are rewound to the exit of the radius. Things that leave the radius before the duration of Reversal may act freely, though re-entering the radius rewinds them to the exit of the radius still.
Drawbacks: Like most Moment Shift techniques, this makes Etsu’s path potentially very predictable to opponents. This technique has a cooldown of 2 posts. Damage/injury is not reversed or anything cheesy like that. Above Masterful Strength resists the effects.

Drawbacks: Solidified spaces can be dissipated through normal approaches in dissipating B-Ranked jutsu. Active 3 posts.

I feel like the first one needs to be at least a B-Rank. You're suddenly turning a kunai into a 2 meter long kunai that is no longer linear and can block movement.

Second one I feel should also either be a B-Rank or the range should be lowered by 10m, your choice.

How does this solidification work when used in conjunction with some of your other techniques? Say you use the momentum solidification and then do the tech where you rewind the zone, do they just hit the solid part and stay there or?

Upped rank to B, upkeep cost upped to C because oh no a sharp whip is created ooooh scary I could buy a sharp whip for zero chakra

Upped to B, changed upkeep cost to a jutsu duration instead

That info is meant to be implied in the Reversal of Fates jutsu, where you kind of yeah just gently collide with it and you stop moving. It's the same if any solid object were introduced, technique or not.

Must be prepared ahead of time unless Fuuin Spec because those kids can do whatever they want apparently, though can be used by any ninja

Description: Etsu coats held weapons with her chakra. This causes the weapons to absorb kinetic energy and use it as a violent, harmful aura. Description: The user applies a seal that looks similar but slightly different from a regular Explosive Tag to a tag. This explosive tag is better and can create an explosion with double the size and intensity.
Drawbacks: Exploding it requires the user to expend chakra to activate the explosion, spending a D-Rank chakra instead of just a signal to activate like the default tag. Must be prepared ahead of time unless Fuuin Spec because those kids can do whatever they want apparently, though can be used by any ninja

If something comes into contact with the aura, it is forced in the direction of wherever the weapon swings it to. This can also be used for a sort of "peeling" affect to chip away at larger structures. Chakra-based entities below S-Rank are very easily influenced by this swing. S-Ranks will mostly just "clash," resulting in the affected Momentum Blade and the targeted chakra to dissipate eachother. S-Ranks that go more S-Rank than S-Rank will take multiple slashes from this jutsu to dissipate.

Lore/Flavor: Etsu's unique brand of jutsu that utilizes her momentum to her advantage
Description: This jutsu relies on a style of movement that turns and shifts in accordance to oncoming weaponry.
The user catches projectiles with heightened skill, even in unorthodox places (bends in arm, bend behind knees, craning the neck, etc), and throws them elsewhere with a sudden twist of their body. They are also granted advanced ability in disarming opponents through similar means.
Etsu specifically slows weapons with spiritual chakra as they graze her body, and she moves her body in the same direction as the weaponry so that in merely grazes her, causing minimal damage to herself as she accepts possession of the weapon. That's when she's able to twist and spin the weapons away, either disarming individuals or rerouting projectiles.
Drawbacks: Must receive attacks in order to make use of this style of jutsu. While minimal harm comes to the user, they do still receive minor cuts and nicks. This technique is governed by Dexterity for the purposes of disarming and tossing and spinning; either superior Dex or Strength resists disarming.
